Add Notes to an Order
How Do I Add Notes to an Order?
Section titled “How Do I Add Notes to an Order?”DecoGro allows you to enter most order info into our existing fields, but sometimes there is some additional info that you want to note.
There are 2 types of notes on your order: Production Notes and Customer Notes. Be careful to use them correctly!
Production Notes
Section titled “Production Notes”Use the Production Notes field for any internal notes. Only your team members that are logged into DecoGro can see these notes. They will also be printed on the work order and the outsourced PO if you use them.
This is a great spot to note things for you production or sales team like:
“Use Poly White Ink”
“Take a picture for our instagram”
“This customer is very picky”
Customer Notes
Section titled “Customer Notes”Use the Customer Notes field for any notes that you want your customer to see on the invoice. Your team will also be able to see these notes inside of DecoGro, on the work order, and on the outsourced PO.
This is a great spot to note things your customer told you so you can make sure you guys are on the same page. For example:
“Please box all sizes separately”
“This is a split shipment”
“This has a very firm in hands date”
