Add Users and Roles

  • Free and Basic Plans are Allowed 1 User.
  • The Standard Plan is Allowed Up to 20 Users and Unlimited Roles.

DecoGro is built to help your team stay organized and efficient. By empowering your team with the knowledge they need to do their jobs, you can eliminate unnecessary questions and save time. Although DecoGro can work great with a single user, it is most powerful when everyone on your team is able to collaborate and see order info in real time.

To add a new user, go to Admin Settings > Users and click the + Invite User button. Your team member will receive an email to setup their login info.

Can I Choose What My Team Has Access to in DecoGro?

DecoGro’s Roles feature allows you to control which team members have access to which parts of the platform. Add as many roles as you like and easily assign and changes user roles.

To add or edit roles go to Admin Settings > Users > Roles. Click the + New User Role button to add a new role or select a role in the dropdown to edit permissions for that role. Click Here to learn more about roles and permissions.

To change a user’s role go to Admin Settings > Users. Click the three dots button (…) next to the user you want to edit. From here, you can select a new role from the dropdown.

Please note, the account owner cannot change their role and will have the Owner role by default. The Owner has full access to every part of DecoGro.
