Store Important Files

You and your team can store important order internal files on each order. We support almost every file type. These files are not visible or accessible by your customer, but your team will always have access. This can be useful for a variety of file types and use cases.

• Store production files like color separations, illustrator files, embroidery files, and more
• Attach copies of shipping labels, packing slips, order forms or any other internal paperwork
• Store customer info like customer supplied art or mockups You can also attach your mockups in the files section, but we recommend attaching mockups to line items instead. To learn how to attach mockups to line items, Click Here.

Please note, while mockups are available on all plans, file storage is only available on Standard Plan and above.
